How to get out of bed to get your exercise workout in!
Decide on your ideal wake up time. Start slowly, by waking just 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. Get used to this for a few days. Then cut back another 15 minutes. Do this gradually until you get to your goal time.
Go to bed earlier. Turn off the TV, shut the internet down, and a grab book! I find reading before bed helps relax to fall asleep sooner.
Have your alarm clock far from you bed. If it’s right next to your bed, you’ll hit snooze button. Never hit snooze.
Get going. After you turn off the alarm head towards the bathroom.
Do your workout.You know you will feel great when you are done! What a great way to start your day!
