Vegetable Almond Stir Fry
- 1 tbls soy sauce
- 1/2 tbls honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbls fresh ginger, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- chopped broccoli
- A few stalk of celery sliced
- carrot, cut thinly
- A whole lot of bean sprouts (you can use what ever veggies you have of course)
- A handful of almonds
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, mustard and red pepper flakes.
In a wok, saute all ingredients, stirring 5-7 minutes. Add sauce.
